Autonomous Cooling Units
Off-line cooling units, also known as off-line coolers or bypass coolers, are used for independent oil cooling. The radiator is made of highly resistant, durable aluminum alloy. The cooling units are available with screw pumps with flow rates of up to 80 liters/min. At ΔT50°C, heat flows of up to 60 kW can be dissipated.
Off-line cooling units series SILENT EVO 3
Off-line coolers from the Silent EVO series are used, for example, when excessive pressure peaks are expected in the hydraulic return lines or the return flow rate is subject to very high fluctuations.
Thanks to their integrated and compact design, the coolers are often used in hydraulic units. Off-line coolers from the Silent EVO series are available with filters in sizes 10, 25 and 60 µ.

Off-line cooling units series RID
The RID series has pumps with low flow rates and high cooling capacity. They are particularly suitable for off-line cooling of gearboxes. Due to the low volume flows, the gear oil is circulated less. This results in fewer bubbles and foam in the gearbox.
We are happy to offer a control unit for the RID series. This is equipped with a thermostat switch, an alarm switch and a connection cable. This means that the bypass cooler is supplied ready for installation and can be installed in the application with little effort.

Off-line cooling units series DCO
DCO series cooling units are equipped with IP68-protected 12 and 24V motors. The coolers are designed for mobile machinery.
By combining two pump variants and two coolers, we offer a wide range for cooling mobile machines.
